Crisis averted...

Ted Lilly signs with...the Cubs. Thankfully for me as a Yankees fan (and member of the CTY blog), Cashman is showing lots of restraint this offseason. I like the direction the team is heading...young, inexpensive players. Granted the payroll is still $800 Million, but it should be in the mid-700s by opening day.

Now as long as they don't sign Richie Sexson...
